Inspired by US food truck fever, Juan wanted to share his passion for Mexican cuisine by coming up with his own concept. Your guests will experience Mexican hospitality at its finest with our Mexican food truck, Juan Cocina. Try tantalising tacos and fabulous fajitas to liven up your events! Our teams will cook up all sorts of Mexican delights for your guests.

  • Hold on, what's the difference between tacos & fajitas?

    Juan Cocina's fajitas are made using Mexican wheat tortillas. They're usually topped with marinated meat. Tacos are made from corn tortillas. We also offer vegetarian versions to keep everyone's tastebuds tingling.

  • These Piaggio APE three-wheelers can sneak in (almost) anywhere

    Our Mexican food truck is small but perfectly formed. This means our teams can access areas bigger food trucks might struggle to get into. The truck is 1.6 m wide, 2.14 m high and 3 m long. In the open position, the height increases to 2.58 m. At this size, it can even get inside some buildings!

  • Recyclable containers

    All our dishes are served in recyclable containers to reduce our impact on the environment.
